At this roundtable discussion, you will learn effective strategies to attract and keep loyal customers, and how the customer can be your best marketing ally.

Develop tools and techniques to:

• Build strong customer relationships
• Strengthen your business' brand
• Developing customer referrals (instead of managing the relationship)
  
• Becoming an enterprise that acts as a community hub
• Trust-based marketing -what is it and how to use it

Experts from the business and academic community will be present to help you with your marketing challenges. You will also have an opportunity to exchange ideas and build gratifying personal and professional networks.


How the evening will unfold:

• Introduction to relationship-based marketing
• Two business cases will be discussed and potential solutions offered by professionals
• Smaller groups will be formed for people to discuss the methods and how they apply to their own businesses
• The group will join back together where each participant can share their experiences at the roundtable
